慕课与传统教育
mooc是最近新出现的一种在线课程开发与教学模式。与传统课程只有几十个或几百个学生不同，一门mooc课程经常会有上万人。在其他方面，与传统的教学方式也有很大不同。无论是教师水平，授课效果还是课程评价机制都有很大程度上的改变。
教师水平提升
不要以为每个老师对所讲课程的理解都是全面且深入的。
大学老师往往精通的知识只是自己的科研方向。如果课程和自己研究的方向没有关系，老师对课程的理解也不是很深刻，而mooc的授课老师的研究方向和教授的课程关系很大。
课程评价机制转变
以前往往是专家评估课程质量，当专家认为课程好时，课程才是好。学生的评价不重要。这导致设置课程时会把注意力放到如何满足专家的标准上，而忽略学生的感受。而MOOC是把课程的每一个细节都在网上公开，课程的质量由学生来评价。
授课效果更好
往往是每个学校最好的老师设置mooc课程，还要经过多次的改进和学生的反馈，最后一门课会产生多个具有特色的课程。如果大学使用这些资源讲课，效果会很好。
不过，MOOC也有很多缺点，比如不具备完善的课程设置体系，学生自制力差无法认真完成课程等各种情况，在积极推进mooc发展的同时，我们也要转变传统教学方式，从而让学生受益。

The teaching effect is better
The online courses not only are set by the best teachers in each school, but also are affected by the feedback from students.At last the course will produce a number of distinctive courses. If the University uses these resources, the effect will be good.
However, MOOC also has many disadvantages, such as the system does not have the perfect curriculum, students’ poor self-control ability to complete the course and other conditions. We should promote the development of MOOC actively. At the same time, we should change the traditional teaching mode, so as that students will benefit from it.
